Fees

Fees are £850 (includes a £250 deposit to secure your child's place) for the year 2025-2026.

Monthly or annual fees must be paid in advance via bank transfer, direct debit, or standing order. Unfortunately, cash payments are not preferred for either the Rawḍah Madrasah or BJJ.

Student fees are chargeable regardless of whether children's presence or absence at the madrasah.

Invoices will be sent from either samiyah@greensvilletrust.org or finance@greensvilletrust.org therefore both addresses must be added to your contacts to avoid the invoices going into your junk mail.

We hope you will appreciate that we are unable to allow accounts to slip into arrears. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in temporary exclusion or the loss of your child's place at the Rawḍah Madrasah. If fees are outstanding or if no payment is made, the parent/carer will be sent a reminder text and given a set number of days to make payment.

Discounts

Any sibling discount requests must be sent in writing to rawda@greensvilletrust.org before Friday 6^th September 2024.

Fees During Absence

Fees must still be paid in full during a child's absence from the Rawḍah. This is because your child is still taking up a place whether in attendance or not as effectively he/she is blocking a place for another child to attend. There are no discounts for family holidays taken during the Rawḍah Academy term opening schedule, even if prior notice is given.
