The Rawḍah Madrasah — Application Process

Visit the Rawdah LMS & register

Head to rawdahlms.com and select Register to create your parent account.

Complete your registration

Fill in your personal details to join the Greensville Trust learning community and create your account.

Check your welcome email

Once registered, you'll receive an email containing a temporary password to log in to the Rawdah LMS.

Tip: If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your junk / spam folder.

Register your child

Open My Children and select Register a child. You'll complete a short 5-step registration form for each child.

Open “My Children”, then “Register a child”

Complete all 5 steps, then submit the registration

Agree to the terms and submit your child's registration

Find the Rawḍah Madrasah course

Go to Courses, filter by the Rawḍah Madrasah category, and choose a location — Mustafa Mount (Bradford) or Felicity House (Liverpool).

Apply & choose your child

Open your chosen course and click Apply, then review the course information.

Review the course information before proceeding

Select the child you'd like to enrol

Choose which of your registered children to enrol

Choose a payment plan

Review the fee information and select a payment plan

Confirm each step & submit your application

Confirm the final checklist, then “Submit Application”

Wait for approval

After submitting, the application moves from Available to Pending. A Course Administrator reviews it — usually within 5–7 working days — and emails you once it's approved, inviting you to log in and pay the deposit.

Available→ Pending→ Approved · Payment required

Pay the deposit & enrol

Once approved, your child's place is held under Awaiting Deposit. Pay the deposit to confirm enrolment and unlock the course.
